Wrapper for CAMS Esign-DocSignRequest

System will be calling NSDL’s Aadhaar OTP based eSIGN services for digitally signing documents. This API will be taking user consent and redirecting to NSDL eSIGN page where user needs to provide their Aadhaar number. This needs to be validated with the OTP received on their Aadhaar seeded mobile number.
